Fruits and vegetables, on the other hand are healthy because they are rich in vitamins and minerals that are vital for our bodies.

Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise helps our bodies get stronger and gives them energy. Exercise can also make us happy. There are many different exercises we can do. Some examples include walking, running, swimming, dancing, playing sports, and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is an excellent exercise because it improves flexibility and breathing. It is important to avoid junk food, and drink lots of water, if we wish to lose weight.
