Finally, we came up with some tips that would help us stay healthier and happier.

We started off by looking at the different types of food that we eat. We discovered that some foods are not good for us and others are better. We know sugar is bad for you because it causes weight gain. But fruits and vegetables are good because they provide vitamins and minerals essential to our bodies.

Next, we discussed exercise. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. Exercise makes us happy. There are many activities that you can do. There are many exercises that you can do, including running, swimming or dancing. You can also lift weights and play sports. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. If we don’t get enough sleep, our bodies can become fatigued and stressed.
