It describes the benefits of living a healthy life, what it means, and who we are. Then I wrote the body paragraphs. They contain various tips on how you can maintain a healthy lifestyle. Finally, I wrote the conclusion, which summarizes the whole article and provides some additional resources if needed.

This assignment taught me how to write a concise paragraph. I also learned how to organize my thoughts into topic sentences, and the supporting details. Because I had to locate specific sources and properly cite them, my research skills improved. Lastly, I gained knowledge on how to use proper grammar when writing.
